This is the one that has been the most difficult. After an accident, or whatever caused the problem, you may need more help than you may want.
Help is there for you! Knowing what you need to get you back on the road ahead is good, but even better if you know where to find it.

With the debate about the virus and too many thinking it is a hoax, think of it this way. If you are wrong and discover it is real, then you may come to regret what you believed. If you are a good person, as most of you are, that will be really hard to take.
If I am wrong wearing one, then the worst that can happen is, I will look foolish thinking I did something for the right reason. In the end I won't feel bad about being wrong...I'll get a good laugh out of it.
As you know, I have no problem laughing at myself!
So many nurses and doctors are pleading for citizens to wear a mask and stop spreading the virus. They are under tremendous stress because some people will not take this seriously. Cases of PTSD are rising for them and you can make it better for them.

There is also road rage in the vehicle you live in. You are actually in control of both. You can control how you react on the road, and react in your own life. This is especially important if you are dealing with #PTSD.

If you are stuck in mud you can spin your wheels and end up deeper in it, or you can call to get towed out of it.
Same thing with PTSD and you can get free of it with someone pulling you out from where you are stuck.
The people who can pull you out, have been right where you are before and tried all different ways to get back on the road. They figured out what did not work, but eventually, understood what did work!
When I was young I ran out of gas ⛽ and a stranger came to help me. If you are out of fuel, do not just sit there.
Everyone needs help at some time in their lives. Most people know what it feels like to help someone. It is wonderful all the way around. If you are usually the one who gives help, remember that! You are the one who has the hardest time asking for it, or even accepting it when it is offered. How would you feel if you offered help but they did not accept it?
If you are living with PTSD, you may need a little help to get you on the road again. Accept the help offered so that you can turn around and pass it onto someone else.
Let someone help you refuel your tank with hope 🙏 #BreakTheSilence and #TakeBackYourLife from #PTSD
